Considering liquidating your limited company?
There are three main types of liquidation available to limited companies in Scotland. These include voluntary liquidation by way of a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) or a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), or alterantively a court-ordered liquidation process known as Compulsory Liquidation.
In some instances, you may be able to close your company using the strike off process, although this is not a formal liquidation option and is not something which is suitable for all companies and all situations.
At Scotland Liquidators our highly experienced team of licensed insolvency practitioners and business debt experts are on hand to guide you through these challenging times providing the help and advice you need every step of the way.
